Many Coronado residents have joined the efforts to bring even more local\, organic\, and fresh options to the area. SunCoast is a community-owned and built grocery store\, there are no outside investors or behind the scenes owners. The store is being built through the purchase of membership-owner shares by community members. Once there are enough owners\, SunCoast will seek loans and grants to fund the remaining costs to open the store. The store is organized as a co-operative cooperation so there are no assumed legal risks to those who choose to invest. Come learn more about this well-established\, yet innovative approach to building something great.
