Clase de Cocina Familiar (Gratis)
FREE Nutrition and Cooking Workshop for Adults in Spanish. This workshop is designed to teach parents basic nutrition knowledge, cooking methods, and stress management strategies. Above all, it teaches parents how to improve healthy eating habits for the entire family! Incentives will be given to participants who attend all six workshops. A flyer is attached for the classes that start June 18th.
