Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a doctoral candidate in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Kansas. With a master’s degree in Dietetics Administration from Utah State University and over 15 years of experience in health and wellness, she possesses a diverse background in nutrition counseling, fitness instruction, group therapy facilitation, and health education. Stephanie provides instruction on nutrition, physical and mental fitness, mindfulness, and lifestyle habits to support both mind and body wellness.
