January 2025 Construction Update

The plumbers have begun digging trenches to install the essential underground pipes—just one of many successes we’re celebrating as we move forward into 2025. View our social media pages for additional photos!

Here are a few more milestones we’ve accomplished so far:

1. Store Design Finalized: The final layout and design have been approved, and we’ve received both city and county clearances.
2. Local Contractor Onboard: We’ve partnered with a local San Diego general contractor to bring our vision to life.
3. Store Equipment Purchased: We’ve started purchasing the equipment needed to ensure smooth operations when we open.
